Creative Bits – Coding for Tweens

February 5, 2020 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Free
Fun and interactive classes for tweens to introduce them to creative thinking and coding

Early age is a perfect time to introduce kids to coding and lay the foundation for a brighter future.

It is also important that kids learn how to think creatively and how to be lifelong learners. Ultimately these skills will give them a real advantage in a competitive world.

The new generation will be more and more likely to use software as a form of self-expression. They’ll make music and art, solve problems and create new experiences – all with the help of computers.

Our classes are designed to enable kids to refine their logic, design and problem-solving abilities. They will also learn coding concepts and how to express ideas and creativity in unique ways. All this is done with the help of fun app projects, games and free expressions.

Space is limited, registration is required. For accomodations, please contact the library with 72 hours notice.

REGISTER on Eventbrite. For questions, contact presenter Luminita Nagy at  kavoi2011@gmail.com.
