Isadora Duncan: A Life of Expression

Join us for an afternoon of dance and history as dancer and historian, Lois Ann Flood tells the story of the mother of Modern Dance, Isadora Duncan.
From her youth spent growing up in Oakland, to her twenties and beyond in Europe where she became known as the world’s first expressive Modern Dancer. Her revolutionary ideas on dance would change the way the world viewed women in the Arts.
This program is lively and appealing to all ages with entertaining and educational dances that express the human spirit.
