Join us to commemorate the historic January 31, 1865 approval of the 13th Amendment by the U.S. House of Representatives at a talk and discussion about Steven Spielberg’s critically acclaimed movie “Lincoln.” Bring your questions for Saint Mary’s College history professor and Civil War scholar Carl Guarneri, who will discuss the movie and expand on story lines in the film.

Reserved seats will be release 10 minutes before the program begins, please plan accordingly. There is underground parking at the library but it fills quickly after 6pm. There is additional parking at the Broadway Garage one block south at Broadway and Cypress.
