Health Care for the Homeless

Are you or someone you know experiencing homelessness? Contra Costa Health Services will be at the Walnut Creek Library every 3rd Friday of the month from 1:00-4:00. Stop by and get more information on heath care, appointments, transportation for medical appointments, insurance, Medi-Cal, Ca-Fresh support and information on local resources.
