Meditation: A Tool to Balance Your Life

May 24 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

We live in a fast paced world, filled with challenges and constant demands made on our precious time. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could step back, take a little vacation from all the tension and find a place filled with joy, bliss and peace?”

When we learn how to meditate, we find such a place within our very selves. The practice of meditation contributes to a more positive, healthy lifestyle. It is an invaluable tool helping people reduce stress, gain a deeper sense of fulfillment in life as well as foster greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Join Ajili Hodari, Esq long time meditator for this engaging program. There will even be a chance to practice this simple technique.

Ajili Hodari, Esq., Attended Michigan State University as a scholar athlete where he received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Advertising. After a career in the printing and publishing industry in the San Francisco Bay area, he received his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1990. He began his practice of law in Columbus, Ohio.
