Virtual Hike with East Bay Parks

Join the library and a naturalist from East Bay Parks online for a virtual hike this summer. Participants will get to see the naturalist instructing on site, as well as feel like they are there “with” them hiking. Register with your email to attend live and the Zoom information will be sent to you. The event will be closed captioned.
This year’s Summer Reading program at the Contra Costa County Library will have you exploring the outdoors. The program runs from June 1 to July 31 and will include all kinds of activities and events to help you become one with nature. Readers of all ages can visit ccclib.org/summer for activities and challenges to feed the imagination and explore new skills. Every completed entry is eligible for a free book and a chance to win prizes.
