Are you or someone you know experiencing homelessness? Contra Costa Health Services will be at the Walnut Creek Library every 3rd Friday of the month from 1:00-4:00. Stop by and get more information on heath care, appointments, transportation for medical appointments, insurance, Medi-Cal, Ca-Fresh support and information on local resources. Sunset Soiree Event
