Kathy Hicks

Kathy joined the WCLF Board of Directors in 2007 and has served as President and Authors Gala Co-chair. A 56-year resident of Walnut Creek, she was elected to the City Council from 1994 until 2006, serving three times as Mayor. Prior to her Council terms, she served on the Park, Recreation and Open Space Commission and the Planning Commission. She is a 1994 graduate of the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce Leadership Contra Costa program. Kathy is originally from San Diego and is a graduate of San Diego State University.
