SF Opera in an Hour: Carmen
Wed., Dec. 12  • 4:00 p.m. @ Walnut Creek Library
​SF Opera in an Hour all-ages screening of Carmen for Families. An SF Opera teaching artist will be present to do a live introduction to Carmen. This beloved opera tells the passionate tale of the alluring Gypsy girl Carmen, the Spanish soldier who loves her and the spirited bullfighter who comes between them.  ​ 

All Abilities Play Group

​Two speech pathologist moms host this opportunity to ask questions about your child’s speech, language or social skills while the kids play. From Lego to Keva Planks to toys that teach you to code, we’ll help you create something to be proud of. No registration required; drop-ins welcome. Upstairs in the Oak View Room. Best for ages 4 & up with their caregivers.

Izzi Tooinksy: What Does a Princess Need?

ARF’s All Ears Reading
