During this weekly group meeting we will use movement, music and breath practices to work on self-regulation. This class is for all cognitive and physical mobility levels. This is a 12 week class. For adults 18 and over who can participate in a 15 student to 1 teacher class without additional adult support. Registration is required for this series of classes.
