Join Ygnacio Valley Library’s new book club, “Rant and Rave For Teens”.  If you have a book to share – talk about it! Share with the group.  We can “rant and rave” about other things besides books if you choose.  We will also indulge in treats.  Heck, we might rant and rave about those too!

Bay Area Discovery Museum – Try It Truck Thurs., July 26  @ 4:00 pm
Solve engineering challenges at the Library during the Summer Reading Festival! Kids will get to dig into the engineering design process through challenges related to movement and transportation at 8 different STEAM stations. Kids will learn about diverse materials, build and try out prototypes and get first-hand experience with a variety of tools, including hand tools and high-tech tools like a laser cutter! Best for ages 5-10.

Tuesdays @ 4:00 pm
Come take a break on Tuesdays to play some Wii U. We play some of the best games available from Mario Kart to Super Smash Bros! This event lasts one hour and is for ages 10-18. Meet by the Teen screen.
