Meeting Rooms

The Walnut Creek Library has three Group Study Rooms and a Conference Room that can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The rooms can be reserved ONLINE or by calling the Walnut Creek Library at (925) 977-3340. The Las Trampas Conference Room is open to the public for use as a meeting space for organizations, businesses, or groups on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups of 6 to 16 people may book up to three (3) months in advance and are limited to four (4) uses per month. There is a required one-hour minimum and no maximum time limit. The Group Study Rooms can be booked one week in advance for 2 to 6 people for a maximum of two hours. All rooms had a LCD flat panel for laptop hook-up. The Oak View Room is a large community room and available to rent through the City of Walnut Creek.
