Hang out with artist, Abe Rodriguez, and get some tips on how to draw a selection of cool critters, from small and furry to wild and majestic. Bring your favorite drawing materials and love of nature!
Read beyond the beaten path with this year’s Summer Reading program at the Contra Costa County Library. The program runs from June 1 to July 30 and will include all kinds of activities and events. Readers of all ages can visit ccclib.org/summer for activities to feed the imagination and explore new skills. Participate online or visit any library location to pick up a passport. Every completed entry is eligible for a free book and a chance to win prizes.
