How are our local district boundaries drawn? How can you participate in creating an equitable map of our local Contra Costa districts? Your voice is needed to draw boundaries that determine representation of candidates for county board of supervisors, city councils, school boards, fire, water and other special districts. Learn what redistricting is, how the process works, how you can participate and how it affects you. Since the last Census ten years ago, our county population has grown. Have district boundaries changed to reflect the balance of new population centers?
